"Took forever to reach someone. Had two phone lines going. Got someone who then told us they sent us virtual temporary cards for me new car and then they didn't. We called again and again. We've been waiting here for 5hours to drive my new car out of the dealership. I know their office is still open. This is ridiculous. Review Edit: They need more people. I finally got the card but it really has been almost 6 hours. I feel bad that they left one person in this office to deal with everything. This is why we don't underhire and overwork. I wish Ms. Mary the best and have changed my review to a 3 star just because she was so nice and I feel terrible that she was left in the office by herself. Rule of thumb at any business is to deal with the live person in front of you before you deal with the phone and when things get busy it is beyond stressful to be dealing with people in front of you while a phone is ringing off the rails."

"Called in 9 times in an hour. Nobody answered. Kept getting voicemail. After calling the 1-800 number i was transferred to Pam at this office. She literally told me she saw me calling in but was busy.... too busy to pick up my call to take a message and call me back. Instead just ignored my numerous calls completely while i was in the process of trying to buy a car and get out of the dealership. Very disspointed with the service"
